Tasmanian by birth, Todd Mazur emigrated to Victoria where he ran his own home brewing shop. Having ‘seen the light’, Todd returned to Tasmania where, as he puts it, "all the hops are grown". Todd is the antidote to commercial beer. “The Europeans still know how to make beer, but for the most part, we seem to have forgotten how to make ‘real’ beer.
