What a fabulous weekend getaway! We were visiting with a party of four couples, half of whom were attending a Board meeting. We were welcomed by open fires, fabulous views and friendly warm service.

The rooms at Tarraleah Lodge are spectacular with French doors that lead to your own private balcony, open fires, and a spa bath that certainly soaks away any tiredness (and if that isn't big enough the hot tubs in the spa house will sort you out!) There were so many outstanding qualities at Tarraleah. We had private dining on both nights and the food was sensational.

The Chef's well thought out menu and combination of flavours was tantalizing. The selection of wines was only second to the selection of Whisky - one of the best I've seen outside of Scotland.

There is even a pub if you want to go for a pint! The activities organised for us were extremely well run and loads of fun. I will definitely be back in the Summer to experience it all again and try the fly fishing. I am still missing that view and those warm fires and whisky! Thanks to all the staff for a fabulous weekend away. I've nothing negative to say so stop looking.
